Responsibilities
The Regional Manager will be responsible for the planning,
coordination and execution of the sales strategy in a defined
Region by performing these responsibilities:
- Participates in formulating strategic and tactical sales
plan for a defined Region.
- Coordinates and executes sales activities to ensure revenue
and profit growth and expansion of the Company’s customer
base in a defined Region.
- Generates leads and potential business opportunities.
- Maps key customer organizations and develops Key Account
sales strategies.

- Gains commitments for product orders from customers.
- Manages all aspects of customer relationships including
pre and post sales interactions.

a regular basis.
- Maintains and updates accurate information in the CRM database
- Responds to common inquiries or complaints from customers,
regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.
- Capable of writing speeches and articles for publication
that conform to prescribed style and format.
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts,
and draw valid conclusions.
Requirements
- Advanced degree (Ph.D./MBA) or equivalent preferred
- B.S. Life Sciences and five to ten years related experience
in Life Science capital equipment and consumable/reagent sales;
or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to understand, analyze, and interpret common scientific
and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents
- Valid US drivers license or equivalent
- 40-60% travel

Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, you will direct

in vivo imaging platform, as well as its agent products. You
will also provide effective selling tools necessary to aggressively

effectively in the key markets. This includes leading the product
management activities in all phases of the Product Development
Process.
Specifically, the Product Manager will be involved in an idea
generation, concept evaluation, definition and planning, implementation,
commercialization and in-market activities for product development.
The Product Manager will also be responsible for analyzing worldwide
target markets and competitors, identifying new products/applications
and/or new business opportunities. The Product Manager will
be interfacing regularly with the Company’s cross functional
teams as well as key partners and customers.
Requirements
- BS/MS Degree
- 5+ years of experience in product management of biotechnology/scientific
instrumentation and reagent products

groups

Responsibilities
The Marketing Manager will report directly to the VP of Marketing,
will work closely with the Senior Director of Marketing, and
will be responsible for the planning and execution of general
lead-generation initiatives and marketing programs for the Company.
They will also be responsible for the management of the marketing
“service bureau” function that provides support,
tools, and fulfillment for the field-based Sales organization.
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for the following:
- Developing and executing creative and strategic marketing
programs against specified markets to increase the Company’s
visibility as it relates to their products and for generating
leads;
- Maintaining the marketing calendar including budgets, work-back
schedules, campaign activities and results;
- Assisting in the architecting and management of campaign-related
databases and campaign-management programs;
- Managing the planning of the Company’s trade show
program including developing a planning calendar, detailed
budget, and work-back schedule; management of all planning,
coordination, communication and execution of the program globally;
coordination of all AV and Company-related trade show materials
and products;
- Assisting in the planning and architecting of the Company’s
website ,
- Management of frequent website updates including developing
and updating campaigns (landing pages, banners, registration
pages/forms and fulfillment pages), image atlas, database
of papers and posters, product updates, and other dynamic
sections;
- Oversight on the updating of the CRM system (salesforce.com)
including management of all campaigns, data entry for new
leads and targets, database maintenance, and training on new
functionality;
- Communicates cross functionally throughout the organization
on campaigns, messaging and available tools
- Manages all fulfillment for trade shows, marketing-related
activities, unsolicited inquiries and sales requests including
development of customized packages, letters, and CDs;
- Manages the production (i.e., costing, agency and production
management) of all marketing-related materials (i.e., collaterals,
premiums, CDs, sales/training binders, etc).
- Management of all print production efforts including costing,
pre-press file management and production project oversight;
- Management and mentorship of marketing coordination staff;
- Organization, management and upkeep of repository of all
materials (i.e., Intranet and internal network filing)
- Qualifications:
- BS Degree
- 5-7 years progressive experience within a technology-based
marketing environment, preferably within a medical device
and/or a preclinical instrumentation-based industry
- Proven experience managing multi-faceted marketing programs
- Proven experience architecting and launching custom application
development efforts (i.e., Complex websites, marketing/campaign-based
tools)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate
data into actionable business items
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects
- A high level of energy and commitment for achieving results
in meeting deadlines

- Developing processes and tools (i.e. documents, web-based
forms, protocols, workbooks, presentations, etc.) to improve

sales and support efforts of Pan Asian Distributors
- Performing in vivo demonstrations, scientific talks and
presentations for key customer and sales opportunities
- Coordinate and manage the FAS team at trade shows and events
Requirements
- 5+ years in progressively senior field applications management
roles promoting life science capital equipment, and preferably
in in vivo imaging
- PhD and/or graduate scientific degree
- Proven management of field applications team with global
experience
- Ability to travel 25-30%
