John Bogosian |

John Bogosian is President and Chief Executive Officer of Biomedical Search Consultants as well as a principal partner with King & Bishop, the parent company of Biomedical Search Consultants. He has over 17 years experience in the staffing industry, including leadership roles with three successful third party firms. He has in-depth corporate experience within medical device gained during his recent tenure as head of staffing for ZOLL Medical Corporation, a leader in cardiac devices and accessories. John employs a strong partnering style with clients who view him as the "make-it happen" resource for urgent staffing needs or difficult to fill roles. Given his creative and resourceful recruiting style, he is often able to succeed where previous resources have proven limiting. John, a frequent speaker at area Human Resource functions, received his Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration from Boston University and is on the board of Directors with the Association of Employment Professionals and an active member of Vistage, a CEO roundtable. John also serves on the Board of Directors for Special Olympics of Massachusetts and is a youth coach for various sports in Reading, MA. |

Kathy Provost |

Kathy is the Managing Director of Biomedical Search Consultants. She has more than ten years of experience in the life sciences staffing field. She has another seven years of experience as a Human Resources consultant, including serving as Research Director for a Boston area consulting firm. Kathy has worked as a staffing generalist within such medical device corporations as Hologic, ACMI Gyrus (now Olympus), and CRF Health. In addition to placing talent, Kathy uses her consultative style to work closely with hiring managers to resolve their hiring roadblocks. Kathy holds a Master’s Degree in Organization Development from Antioch University and an undergraduate degree from Dartmouth College. She is a certified DISC practitioner and provides individual coaching and executive teambuilding sessions using the DISC instrument. |

Stacy Bennett |

Stacy is a Principal Consultant at Biomedical Search Consultants. She has over fifteen years of Human Resources and staffing experience, including ten years in the Biotechnology and Pharmaceutical sectors. She has held Director of Human Resources and management positions at Pharmalucence, Cisbio US, iBasis and Acambis (now Sanofi-Pasteur). In addition, she has completed contract recruiting and Human Resources assignments with TransForm Pharmaceuticals (now J&J), Shire, PAREXEL, and Genzyme. Stacy’s breadth of experience is welcomed by clients who rely on her ability to comprehensively understand their business needs and corporate culture and deliver talent that supports both. She holds a BS Degree in Business Management from Northeastern University. |
